The aim of the project is to support 72 people from the Śląskie Voivodship dismissed or threatened with redundancy as a result of pres. restructuring, by increasing their chances of finding new employment and developing competences to adapt to the dynamically changing year of work. Demand for new skills acquisition, especially in the area of green jobs and digital competences, in line with the objectives of the European Green Deal and the digital transformation of the region. Real project: from 01.06.2025 to 31.05.2027. Assumptions: 1. Individual support: consultancy services – each participant in the project. (UP) will receive advisory support aimed at analyzing its competences, predispositions and needs. The process will end with the creation of the Individual. Plan the department. (IPD), which will help to better adapt the above path to the capabilities of the UP. In the case of such a need, the project also provides for psychological support, job placement, legal advice. 2. Training and courses – UPs will be able to upgrade their qualifications or acquire new ones (certified), in particular in green jobs and digital competences, which is crucial for modern work. 3. Employment subsidy – support in the form of employment subsidy will be available for approx. 10% UP, enabling them to put the acquired skills into practice. 4. Workplace retrofitting As a result of project implementation, the following indicators were achieved: - L. pers. who took up work or continued employment after leaving the project, which measures the effect of outplacement support (approx. 40%) - L. pers., who were qualified after the project, thanks to participation in trainings and courses (approx. 50%) - L. pers., who obtained a green qualification, reflecting UP's adaptation to the requirements of the Green Chamber of Commerce. (Approx. 50%) - L. pers., who have obtained a digital qualification, crucial for employment in modern sectors of enterprises. (Approx. 50%) The project is aimed not only at improving the qualifications of UP, but also their real employment and strengthening for the year of work. As part of the implementation of the project, information and promotion activities are planned to effectively reach people at risk of dismissal or dismissed, as well as to increase awareness of available forms of support. The importance of reskilling will be promoted, especially in the area of the green economy and digitalisation. The main promotional tools are: 1. Project website – a dedicated platform with information on objectives, schedules of activities and ongoing project updates. The website will be optimised for accessibility for persons with disabilities. 2. Social media – activities on platforms such as Facebook or Instagram regularly publishing information about training. 3. Traditional forms of promotion – leaflets distributed e.g.: in employment offices, local institutions and meeting places for unemployed or at risk of dismissal. 4. Whisper marketing – a natural form of communication through recommendations, strengthening trust in the project and reaching out to people who do not use traditional promotion channels.
