By 31 August 2026, the Kai Mirecka Primary School in Nakla Śląski, the A.Mickiewicz School in Świerklaniec, the Queen Jadwiga School in Nowy Chechle and the Wieczorków Family School in Orzech (Gm.Świerklaniec, śląskie Province) will have equal access to quality education and training and will increase the educational opportunities of learners, in particular in terms of supporting pupils with special educational needs, by: a) activities that individualize the educational process; b) organization of additional classes increasing the participation of students from the SPE in public education and developing qualifications; c) organization of specialized classes in the field of psychological and pedagogical assistance; d) organization of didactic-compensatory classes and developing students' abilities; e) improving the professional qualifications of pedagogical staff through courses, training and postgraduate studies; f) equipping schools with the equipment, aids and materials needed to carry out activities for the individualization of support, providing psychological and pedagogical assistance and working with a student with special educational needs; g) educational trips developing interest in science using activating teaching methods and integrating children from different backgrounds. The planned development programme results directly from the diagnosed needs of the supported institutions: a) lack of sufficient number of developing, didactic-compensatory, specialized classes organized in schools; b) the need to use a variety of forms of education, c) the need to develop the skills of staff, d) lack of sufficient equipment and help for classes. 3. The target group of the project is 228(114K;114M) pupils and 12(11K;2M) teachers of supported schools. At the beginning of the project and at the beginning of each school year, at the premises of the schools covered by the project, a promotion and information campaign will be carried out based on meetings with parents and staff, sending electronic information, information and promotion posters; a) information about the project will be placed on the website of the Municipality and each of the facilities covered by the support. Photo-reports of classes and trainings will also be posted on schools' websites. (b) In connection with the stereotype of the perception of science and technology as being aimed mainly at boys, additionally encouraging girls to participate in classes. This will take place during information meetings and in promotional materials, with the image of a girl/woman from the field of science and technology and through the use of gender-sensitive language. c) design, promotion and information documentation will be marked in accordance with the Guidelines on information and promotion of the FE for 2021-27. d) Information and promotion materials about the project prepared in STANDARD in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027, inf. available for wheelchair users, located on the line of eyes, a variety of communication channels. https://samorząd.gov.pl/web/gmina-swierklaniec
