The aim of the project is to directly support the students of Primary School No. 2 in Mierzęcice by organizing extracurricular activities that eliminate and equalize the diagnosed needs. These will be classes addressed to students with special developmental and educational needs increasing their participation in public education, including providing the necessary pedagogical assistance, conducting classes with speech therapists, conducting art classes with elements of art therapy, conducting music classes with elements of music therapy, corrective and compensation classes. In addition, there will be developing classes aimed at supporting gifted students, especially disadvantaged ones, through the possibility of participating in additional classes in Polish, mathematics, English, history, nature and chemistry and physics. There are also plans to develop skills: IT wheel, theatre-journalism wheel, sports wheel and art wheel. The project also provides for equipping the facility with the equipment needed to conduct the planned activities and ICT equipment. In order to make the educational offer more attractive and arouse interest in exact subjects, educational trips will be carried out in the project. The project assumes activities aimed at improving the professional skills and competences of teachers of Primary School No. 2 in Mierzęcice. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the educational opportunities of pupils of Primary School No. 2 by providing them with the right conditions to develop their individual potential, so that in the future they will be able to fully personal development to the best of their abilities and full inclusion in social life. The project will be implemented from 02.09.2024 to 31.08.2026. The project will include 110 students (60K, 50M) and 3 teachers (3K). The municipality will implement information and promotion activities in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation, the Guidelines on information and promotion of cohesion policy operational programmes for 2021-2027 and in accordance with the Visual Identity Book of the European Funds 2021-2027 brand. It is planned to promote the Project through information and promotion activities such as: - posters about the Project at the Primary School No. 2 in Mierzęcice (on recycled paper), - information on the website of the school and the municipality, - informing about the project at meetings with parents, - promotion of the project at festivities organized at the end of the school year. https://sp2mierzecice.szkolnastrona.pl/
