The project is aimed at 80 people. The aim of the project is to provide educational support to adults (over 18 years of age) with low competences and skills, who have the largest competence gap, which is also a barrier to the competitiveness of these people on the labour market, learners, working or residing within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of the province of Silesia. Including in particular disadvantaged persons, i.e.: - a person in a crisis of homelessness or affected by exclusion from access to housing; persons belonging to minorities, including marginalised communities; - a person with a disability; - a person with at most upper secondary education (level 3 of the ISCED classification); - unemployed person - a person aged at least 55 years. Support under Upskilling Pathways will be implemented in 3 steps through: 1) skills assessment, e.g. using the Competence Balance. The aim of the evaluation will be to properly tailor the educational offer to the needs of the participants. 2). an educational offer that is tailored and flexible, in accordance with the results of the skills assessment, taking into account changes in the labour market resulting from, among others, the need for digital competences and the needs of the green economy. In the context of the green economy, training that increases awareness of the economy, i.e. shaping attitudes that will ultimately serve to acquire specific professional skills in the area of the green economy, will be important. For digital competences, support shall be implemented using the Digital Competence Level Assessment Tool 'European Digital Competence Level Assessment Tool'. validation of acquired basic skills or certification of qualifications. As a result of the validation of the implementation of the Project, the Beneficiary assumes that at least 80% of the Participant obtains a qualification after leaving the project (56-O: 32K,24M). Duration of the project: from 02.01.2025 to 28.02.2026 The information and promotion activities undertaken by the Applicant will be in accordance with the provisions of the "Handbook of the Applicant and the Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion" and will aim to increase awareness of the possibilities of professional activation for working people, as well as to encourage them to take advantage of the support offered under the project. 1). Designing an individual online site with detailed information about the project, its assumptions and advantages, as well as a presentation of planned support dates. In addition, a registration form will be available on the main page of the project, allowing interested parties to apply for participation in it. 2). Use Google Ads advertising campaigns to reach people actively looking for information about professional development. 3). Engage actively on social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram to promote events, share information on project implementation (e.g. through thematic groups) and encourage participation in the project. 4). Developing and widely disseminating high-quality promotional materials, including posters, leaflets and banners, in order to reach the potential audience as much as possible and encourage them to engage in the promoted project. 5). Establish partnerships with companies, schools and other educational institutions to jointly promote the project among their staff, students and community members. 6).
