The aim of the project is to activate and include in various forms of education adults, in particular people from disadvantaged groups, as well as to maintain the educational commitment of project participants by implementing a demand-oriented approach to the content of the educational offer in the created LOWE in the Brenna Commune in 2025-2026 and striving to activate institutions from the LOWE environment for the development of the local community. As part of the project, it is planned to create LOWE in the Brenna Commune, which will operate at Primary School No. 1 in Brenna, for which the managing authority is the Brenna Commune. The forms and types of support planned in the project are a response to the diagnosis of the needs of the local community of the Brenna Commune carried out in III/IV.2024, which was prepared in order to determine the problem situation to which LOWE will respond. The diagnosis included both an analysis of the LOWE environment and the commune community, as well as a diagnosis of individual needs, which was prepared on the basis of surveys of residents and focused interviews conducted with 5 Leaders of the local community. The scope of support in the application was determined precisely on the basis of a survey of residents who indicated the activities they are potentially interested in. In addition, a qualitative survey in the form of focused interviews with representatives of Leaders of the local community, which allowed to obtain additional information about the target group, its needs and the selection of the LOWE offer. Support for the target group of 150 pers. (92k,58m), was grouped into thematic blocks of classes: - developing life skills and competences (8 types of arts, healthy eating, healthy lifestyle, computer, herbal medicine, ecological); developing social skills and competences (linguistic, 7 kinds of physical activity, first aid, gardening); - developing professional skills and competences (cosmetic, nail styling, KPP, beekeeping, caregiver for the elderly/disabled/sick). Information and promotion activities will be carried out in accordance with the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and promotion and the Visual Identity Book of the European Funds 2021-2027 brand. As part of the project, it is planned to: - marking the project documentation, - making 2 information boards, which will be placed in a visible place on the premises of the Primary School No. 1 in Brenna (at the entrance to the facility where the LOWE headquarters will be located) and in the Brenna Municipal Office (the headquarters of the project office), - making posters and placing them in the Beneficiary's headquarters, the place of classes and storage of equipment, - making and placing stickers on the equipment, e.g. furniture, interactive monitor, laptop. However, small materials for classes used to implement the LOWE offer, e.g. art articles, small sports equipment, etc., will not be marked individually, and the cabinet or room in which they will be stored will be marked, - placing information on the Beneficiary's (municipality) website, - placing information on the implementation of the project on the municipality's social network, in the local press, as well as providing information to Leaders of the local community and to parishes in the Municipality, Info-promo activities will support the implementation of substantive tasks in the project, including the recruitment process.
