The main objective of the project is to increase the potential of the social economy sector from the area of Rybnik Voivodship. Śląski (covering districts: Rybnicki, raciborski, wodzisławski, M. Rybnik, M. Jastrzębie-Zdrój, M. Żory) and increasing the level of employment of people at risk of social exclusion in social enterprises by providing comprehensive and long-term support to the following target groups: at least 400 (260K and 140M) persons at risk of social exclusion, 70 (46K and 24M) natural persons and 20 legal persons planning to establish and/or take up employment in social economy entities (PES) and social enterprises (PS), 150 PES/PS and their 300 (195K and 105M) employees and 20 (15K and 5M) employees of integration and social assistance entities, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 30.06.2029. This objective will be achieved by providing non-repayable financial support for the creation of at least 140 jobs for persons at risk of social exclusion in PS and their maintenance for a period of at least 12 months, subsidies for the implementation of individual reintegration plans referred to in the Act on ES for at least 56 people coming from groups most at risk of social exclusion, as well as the provision of services necessary to establish and effectively conduct business in the social economy sector, implementation of social services for the local community, participation in key areas such as e.g. the green economy – including animation, incubation and business and other services, in accordance with the KPRES and the ES Act (e.g. through forms of activities such as guidance, counselling, training, etc., described in detail in point E.1 of the Tasks). As a result of the implementation of the above-mentioned actions, it is assumed to achieve, among others, effects such as: at least 140 new jobs for people at risk of social exclusion in the FVC (at least 1⁄2 full-time each), maintained for at least 12 months, at least 100 people working after leaving the programme. Information and promotion activities will be carried out throughout the project, through various communication channels. They will be implemented through: - Preparation of promotional and informational materials. In the first phase of the project, the main messages, basic promotional and informational content together with graphics necessary to promote the OWES offer and the idea of the social economy will be developed; - Activities using the applicant's and partner's own media. Regular information on the project and supported FVCs will appear on the websites and social media managed by the applicant and the partner. The basic promotional and informational tool will be the website of the project; - PR activities. Preparation of press releases concerning the project and their distribution to the editorial offices of local media and local governments from the area covered by the project; -Advertising. Paid forms of promotion in commercial local media and social media (e.g. Facebook) Facebook Ads); - Content marketing. Collecting, processing and sharing information on the wider social economy (e.g. competitions, inspiring initiatives); Event marketing. Arranging events during which the OWES offer and ideas of social economy will be promoted, as well as participation of OWES representatives in various types of events, events implemented in the project area (e.g. business breakfasts); - Email marketing.
