The main objective of the project is to increase the level of socio-occupational integration of 74 people at risk of social exclusion (OZWS) living in the Zabrze area, through individualized and comprehensive support in accordance with their needs, of which 74 people will complete the path in accordance with the IPZS. The objective will be achieved during the project, i.e. until 29.02.2028. The project will provide support under: services of a social nature, services of a professional nature, services of an educational nature, services of a health care nature, services improving competences in the field of leisure and recreation as well as participation in culture, motivational support. All forms of support will follow the CIS timetable. The aim of the project is to counteract social exclusion, equal opportunities, including OZN, prepare a system for the implementation of social services for 74 people in need of support in everyday functioning, in particular due to disability, mental health problems, homelessness, etc. Achieving this objective will reduce poverty and social exclusion and improve access to services provided on the market. The task of the CIS is to rebuild and maintain the ability of socially excluded people to perform social roles independently and effectively, as well as to independently move around the labour market, leading to employment in various forms: with an employer, self-employment (self-employment) or a social cooperative. CIS in the city of Zabrze, will operate on the Applicant's previous experience. Activities will be accepted and appointed by the CIS Manager together with the Team and the instructors of the workshop, so that the tasks assigned in the Participant's IPD do not exceed its capabilities and support and motivate to the maximum extent. The information and promotion activities of the project will consist in the purchase of promotional and informational materials, the purchase of press announcements, running a bookmark on the website about the project, conducting promotions on social media, e.g. Facebook. Facebook, design signage, posters, leaflets, etc.). An important element is the promotion of the project. To this end, the tenderer will commission posters and leaflets informing about the activities of the Centre for Social Integration in Zabrze, which will be distributed in the City of Zabrze. Attractive signposting of the Centre's premises is also foreseen to make the site visible and recognisable. In addition, the Tenderer has an extensive website and a profile in social media, where he will post information about the activities in the project on an ongoing basis. It is also planned to update the already existing Facebook Fanpage of the Social Integration Center in Zabrze and its regular activity. It will also be possible to advertise the project during the implementation of other activities in the City of Zabrze carried out by the MOST Association, e.g. as part of the COP or the City Hall.
