The aim of the project is to implement programmes for the active inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion, thus restoring the possibility or ability to obtain employment or other form of social activity, developing or strengthening life and social independence and preventing the processes of poverty, marginalization and social exclusion of 900 residents of the Pszczyna, Bielsko-Biała and Żywiec districts and the city of Bielska-Biała in the Silesian Voivodeship in the period from 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2027. The project will be implemented in partnership between social entities and public administration, based on the experience gained by partners and the coordination team in the implementation of active integration projects in the Bielsko, Pszczyna and Żywiec districts in 2015-2023. The target group will be residents of the districts of Pszczyna, Bielsko, Żywiec and the City of Bielsko-Biała of the Silesian Voivodeship. There is no age limit, but support will in principle focus on adults. The project is aimed at people at risk of social exclusion, including, among others, the unemployed (unemployed and inactive) and people with disabilities. Due to unemployment, disability, the need to increase the level of independence or dysfunctions, efforts will be made to improve the socio-economic situation of the supported persons. Activities implemented as part of individual reintegration pathways will be complemented by the creation of a durable infrastructure in the form of a training apartment. Partner Powiat Pszczyński declares to maintain the purpose of the training apartment also after the completion of the project. The beneficiary and the information and publicity partners plan to: - placing information about the implemented project on the Beneficiary's website and the Partners' websites - informing about the implemented project through information posters - sending information about the implemented project to all municipal offices and social welfare centres from the Bielsko-Biała district, Pszczyna, Żywiec, Bielsko-Biała - information meetings with people interested in participating in the project as part of the recruitment process conducted by the Project Leader and the Project Partners Information and promotion activities will be conducted in an adequate and accessible way for the target group, press information and materials for websites will be created on the basis of understandable and accessible language, at the same time meeting the accessibility standard. Due to the implementation of the project by entities that continuously provide social services for people in need of support in everyday functioning and their surroundings, as well as people in foster care or leaving foster care and families experiencing difficulties in performing care and educational functions - no difficulties are expected in the information and promotion activities undertaken, including as part of the recruitment to participate in the project. http://www.itiusbb.pl
