The main objective of the project is to restore the possibility or ability to obtain employment or other form of social activity, develop or strengthen life and social independence and prevent the processes of poverty, marginalization and social exclusion of 48 people, including 15 people with disabilities by 31.10.2026. The final effects of actions in this area will be to lead to the socio-occupational activation of people and families through the process of socio-occupational reintegration based on an individual path. The aim of the project will be to: the acquisition, restoration and maintenance of the ability to participate in the life of the local community and to fulfil social roles in the place of work, residence or residence (social integration and reintegration) or (b) the acquisition, restoration and maintenance of the ability to work independently in the labour market (occupational integration and reintegration) or (c) the prevention of poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion processes. This will take the form of direct transmission: at meetings of interdisciplinary teams and working groups, at meetings with social welfare centres from 10 communes of the Zawiercie district, on health and social welfare committees, on teams for periodic assessment of the situation of pupils, local press. The executor will ensure that information is systematically posted on the executor's website in accordance with WCAG 2.1 and on social media. Information and promotion activities will be undertaken in order to reach the target group of the project and ensure the availability of recruitment for all potential people. Information and promotion activities shall not use messages that discriminate, ridicule or perpetuate a stereotype based on disability or other grounds indicated in Article 7 of the General Regulation, such as: gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion, belief, age or sexual orientation. In addition, the subject matter of the message and methods of communication will be varied depending on the expected needs and capabilities of the recipients.
