"CIS in Żory" is a project implemented in Żory, which aims at comprehensive socio-occupational activation of people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, contributing to the increase in professional and social activity among project participants. The project participants will be people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including in particular people and/or families experiencing multiple social exclusion, people with severe or moderate disabilities, people with conjugate disabilities and mental disorders, including intellectual and holistic disabilities, with developmental disorders. 100 persons (63K and 37M) will be supported, including at least 50 persons with disabilities, of which 25 persons with severe/moderate/coupled/intellectual disabilities. The tasks of the CIS will include the provision of social and professional reintegration services, individually tailored to the needs of each participant, in accordance with the IBZS and the standards of the forms of support provided by, among others: running 4 studios, i.e.: renovation and construction, tailoring and handicraft, catering and barista, gardening and ordering, learning practical skills necessary to work in a given workshop, organization of TUS, organization of individual and group meetings with a professional advisor, psychologist, psychotherapist, lawyer, organization of trainings and vocational courses. The effects of the above actions will be, among others: Addressing deficits in the areas of: motivational, awareness-raising, educational, rebuilding the ability to function independently on the labour market, changing stereotypes related to barriers to work, activities for the immediate environment, apprenticeship for work, retraining/upskilling of professional qualifications, development of social competences. The applicant does not provide support for persons under the age of 18. The project will be implemented from 03.06.2024 to 31.05.2027. Information and promotion activities will be carried out throughout the duration of the project, through various communication channels, implemented through: - Preparation of promotional and informational mats. In the first phase of the project, the main messages, basic content together with graphics necessary to promote activities in the project and to raise awareness related to the CIS offer will be developed. - Activities using the applicant's and the developer's own media. Regular information on the project will appear on the websites and social media managed by the applicant and the developer. The basic promotional and informational tool will be the project website and fb; Posters, leaflets, business cards, roll-up, website, information meetings, articles/press releases in local press and news portals. As well as at the headquarters of non-governmental organizations operating in the field of social assistance.
