The aim of the project "Success Stop" is to eliminate the factors causing social exclusion and social marginalization, through socio-occupational activation and reducing the distance to employment. The project is addressed to people at risk of social exclusion and marginalization, people who are not employed, including the unemployed, long-term unemployed and passive workers, people with disabilities, people looking for work, homeless people implementing an individual exit from homelessness, addicted to alk., addicted to drugs or other drugs, people with mental disorders, people released from prisons, people who have difficulties in integrating with the environment, refugees implementing the Indian integration program living in m-ta Świętochłowice. These people will be able to benefit from active inclusion services aimed at social, vocational, educational and environmental reintegration. The project provides for the participation of 70 people, including 40 K and 30 M. The applicant assumes that at least 15% of participants will be persons with disabilities. Participants of the project will be included in the process of social reintegration including: social employment on the basis of the Individual Social Employment Programme; invoicing courses; workshops/trainings, study visits - within which ecology activities are planned (increasing awareness of resource efficiency, use of renewable energy sources, air protection), anti-discrimination and unequal treatment, ICT training, occupational, psychological, social counselling and coaching. Participants of the project will acquire qualifications and competences useful in the open labour market. The psychological, economic, causes of lack of employment and deficits in the social sphere will be alleviated. The project will be implemented in the city of Świętochłowice in the period from 01.09.2024 to 31.12.2027 by one org. Municipality of Sw-ce - Centre for Social Integration. The implementation of the project will be preceded by an infor. action: posters, leaflets, brochures, website of the Applicant and the Executor, social media, dissemination of information about the project during urban social and cultural events. Posters will be posted on advertising poles in the city of Świętochłowice, in urban units and distributed on social media, leaflets will be distributed at the premises of the Applicant and the Executor, OPS, PUP, local entrepreneurs. Information meetings will be organized in institutions, foundations, associations operating in the area of reintegration of the local community and taking action for people with disabilities and at risk of social exclusion and social marginalization. Information will also be available in the City Hall, the District Labour Office, the Social Welfare Centre, the Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic and other municipal units and church institutions. The promotional materials prepared will contain information about the source of financing of the project, its objectives, assumptions and recruitment criteria, as well as the possibility for participants to report special needs. Content in the materials will be gender sensitive and non-discriminatory, non-stereotypical and diverse forms of communication will be used. During the project, promotional materials will be purchased, e.g. posters, roll-ups, leaflets, brochures. Job fairs will be organized.
