A Worthy Life

The main objective of the project implemented from 01.11.2024 to 30.04.2026 is to increase the employability and active participation in the social and working life of 120 [72K/48M] people from 18 years of age, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including in particular people with disabilities [ON] (min.36 [22K/14M]), people benefiting from social assistance benefits and people referred to in Art. 2 of the Act on Social Employment, Unemployed, Living in Reason.KC in the Śląskie Province [WSL] in the districts indicated in point B.3. [hereinafter: CONVINCES], through the implementation of the process of socio-occupational reintegration based on an individual path. The process of social-professional reintegration will include: preparation, monitoring and updating of the IIA; group workshops on soft competences (including the subject of ecology, as well as the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, and equality between K and M); ICT training, and also depending on the individual needs of the PA (with mandatory participation in at least 1 of the following forms of support): counselling: psychological, legal, career counselling, job placement, vocational training and internships. In addition, UPs who get a job thanks to project support will be able to benefit from mentoring and assisted employment. The beneficiary will inform the PA of the possible forms of support available under the project, which will be documented. The above-mentioned task, including the vocational reintegration programme, will be billed at unit rates. In addition (beyond the rate), substantive and administrative training will be provided for project staff in preventing discrimination and taking into account the specific needs of people exposed to discrimination due to legally protected features. RESULTS: *start of work by min.29UP *search for work by min.42UP *obtaining qualifications by min.102UP *improving the social system of 120 UP The beneficiary will fulfil information and promotional obligations, including informing the public about the EU funding of the project, in accordance with the general regulation (in particular Annex IX – Communication and Visibility) and in accordance with an extract from the provisions of the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-27 regarding information and promotion , including but not limited to: * information and promotion activities concerning the project, documents and materials made public and for the Office will be marked with the FE mark, the colour mark of the Republic of Poland (in the case of the full-colour version), the EU mark and the graphic mark of the Silesian Voivodeship * a poster informing about the project, which will be marked with the place where the project will be implemented, will contain: the FE mark, the EU mark and the logo of the Silesian Voivodeship, the name of the beneficiary, the title of the project, the amount of project co-financing from the European Union, the address of the portal www.mapadotacja.gov.pl; the poster will be displayed during the project in a visible place no later than one month after receiving funding * on the website and on social media The beneficiary will place a description of the project, which will include: information on the receipt of EU funding, description of the project, including title, activities, target groups, description of objectives and results, project value and contribution from the European Funds; Compilation of characters (in full-colour variant): European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and the logo of the Silesian Voivodeship https://www.mozeszwiecej.org.pl/
