The aim of the project is to increase the level of socio-professional integration of 72 people at risk of social exclusion living in the city of Mysłowice through individualized and comprehensive support implemented based on the Standard of social and professional reintegration within the Social Integration Center in the period 2024-08-01 - 2027-08-31 Support will be implemented based on the reintegration path using, among others, social and professional services, motivational support. The objective will be achieved through the tasks specified in the project, which are based on activities supporting CIS participants, working in three newly created laboratories: construction and maintenance of green areas, care, animation, social work, as well as activities supporting the Leader's and implementer's employees involved in the implementation of tasks through training in the field of discrimination prevention. The project will enable animation of social life and vocational education of residents of the city of Mysłowice, improve the standard of living of residents and increase the employability of people long-term away from the labour market. The objectives will be implemented by the employees of the newly established Centre for Social Integration in Mysłowice, in particular in the area of social and professional competences. As part of the project, it is planned to renovate and adapt the premises for the CIS in Mysłowice, as well as to purchase the necessary equipment, devices and equipment enabling the functioning of 3 workshops and, above all, vocational training by the participants of the CIS.
