The aim of the project is the socio-economic integration of third-country nationals (TCNs), by increasing their chances on the labour market and promoting intercultural cooperation in the local environment. The project assumes the support of migrants through the organization of, among others, training in the Polish language, vocational courses, IT training and the development of soft skills, such as interpersonal skills and time management. These trainings are aimed at facilitating adaptation in Poland and increasing the possibility of finding employment adapted to the qualifications of migrants. For example, workshops and training are foreseen for employers on the recruitment of migrant workers, the organisation of intercultural teams and anti-discrimination in the workplace. They are designed to help employers understand the specifics of working with migrants and promote diversity within organisations. Thanks to this, companies will be better prepared for the integration of foreigners, which will affect the effectiveness of cooperation and reduce communication barriers. Public institutions will take part in activities promoting integration, breaking stereotypes and understanding the demographic situation. Cooperation with PUP Bytom, a project partner, will allow to effectively reach target groups and create a support network for migrants. The project will run from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2027 and will include an online and offline information campaign, including through a website and social media, where information on training and workshops will be published. Promotion activities will target migrants, employers and public institutions to raise awareness of the support available under the project. The project responds to the needs of migrants and local communities by offering support tailored to the requirements of the labour market. The success rate will be the number of trained third-country nationals (minimum 22 persons) who will acquire new competences or qualifications that increase their employability. As part of the implementation of the project for third-country nationals, a wide-ranging information and promotion campaign will be a key element. Its aim will be to reach different audiences: migrants, employers and public institutions to raise awareness of the forms of support offered and to promote integration and cultural diversity. The basic communication tool will be a dedicated project website, which will contain detailed information about its objectives and a schedule of offered forms of support. The website will be regularly updated with information on the progress of implementation. In parallel, promotional activities will be carried out on social media, i.e. Facebook or Instagram. They will be aimed at reaching a wide audience through regular publications on training and workshops. Advertising campaigns are also planned to target specific target groups, i.e. migrants, employers and public institutions. An important element of the promotion will also be traditional forms of communication, including whisper marketing or distribution of leaflets in local institutions, schools and in places where migrants are staying. Employers will be invited to participate in workshops on the recruitment of migrant workers, the organisation of intercultural teams and anti-discrimination. Public institutions, on the other hand, will participate in activities promoting integration and breaking stereotypes. Cooperation with PUP Bytom will allow you to effectively reach all target groups, strengthening the project message and promoting its values in a wide range. https://reconconsulting.pl/
