The aim of the project is to increase equal and quick access to good quality, durable and affordable social services for 27 seniors living in the Jasienica Commune who will attend the Senior Club in the Jasienica Commune and at least 20 real caregivers of seniors covered by specialist counselling in the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.03.2026. The project assumes increasing the number of places for providing services in the Senior Club in the Jasienica Commune from the existing 25 places to 27 places (an increase of about 10%) and providing support in the form of specialist counselling and mentoring for real caregivers of seniors attending the Senior Club who provide support in the daily functioning of dependent seniors. Through the implementation of the project, access to social services addressed to the senior community will be increased, which will consequently enable further functioning in the place of residence, as well as indirectly preventing the placement of seniors in institutional forms of care. The project is based on the Applicant's extensive experience in providing services for the senior community, dependent and disabled people, as well as the experience of the Partner - the Jasienica Commune / Municipal Social Assistance Center in Jasienica in running the Senior Club and providing social services. The project will be implemented in a partnership formula, and the partnership is of a socio-public nature, as the Applicant is a Social Economy Entity (PES) and the limited liability company is non-profit (Article 2(5)(f) of the Social Economy Act of 5 August 2022), which results from the provisions of the articles of association. The partner implementation of the project was initiated by the Applicant, and the Leader and the Partner participated together in all activities related to the preparation of this application. The project meets the requirements of implementation in the partnership formula. As part of the information and promotion measures, the beneficiary plans to: - posting information about the implemented project on the website of the Beneficiary and the website of the Municipality of Jasienica - informing about the implemented project through information posters - informing about the implemented project on the bulletin board of the Municipality of Jasienica, the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Jasienica, the Senior Club in Jasienica and medical facilities in the Municipality of Jasienica - publishing articles about the implemented project in the municipal newspaper - information meetings with people interested in participating in the project as part of the recruitment process to participate in the project. Information and promotion activities will be carried out in a way that is relevant and accessible to the target group, press releases and materials for websites will be created on the basis of a language that is understandable and accessible, while meeting the accessibility standard. Due to the implementation of the project with the participation of the Partner - the Municipality of Jasienica / the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Jasienica, which is in daily contact with seniors and their real carers - no difficulties are expected in the information and promotion activities undertaken, including as part of the recruitment process for participation in the project. http://www.itiusbb.pl
