Based on the diagnosed problem of the shortage of social services in the municipality of Tarnowskie Góry, the following project objective was formulated: Increase equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable social services between 01.10.2024 and 30.09.2026, for 208 people (149K and 59M) living in the municipality of Tarnowskie Góry, requiring support in everyday functioning, and their surroundings by: extending the offer of support in the form of basic care services, neighbours and the Senior Club tailored to their individual needs, potential and personal preferences, and creating 2 new places and extending the offer of support in the Daily Relief House for Seniors with Memory Disorders. The recipients of the infor.-prom. activities will be people who need support in their daily function. (including because of age, state of health, disability) and their surroundings, inhabiting the municipality of TG. Project activities will be addressed both to people supported by MOPS in TG, as well as residents of the city in need of support in everyday functioning. (among others, by increasing the number of places of service provision in DDP, Senior Club and the number of people covered by services provided in the local community). (K and M) and for example about the purpose and methods of project implementation, among others: in what period, by whom and to what extent the project is financed, to whom it is directed and what benefits it will bring.
