The main objective of the project is to undertake activities in the field of development, improvement of the quality and availability of support services for families, including families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling their care and educational functions or in crisis. The target group in the project are families in different life situations, experiencing difficulties in caring for and raising children, running a household, struggling with social, psychological problems, unemployment and addictions. The target group of the project are also children who face problems of the nature of puberty, emotional immaturity, lack of social skills and learning difficulties. The project is implemented in the Świętochłowice Commune, and the participants of the project are residents of the City of Świętochłowice. The activities carried out as part of the project take place in accordance with the Act of 9 June 2011 on family support and the foster care system. Forms of support within the project: - Family work- family assistantship 20 families (50 K,30 M) - Family support- support family support (2 K, 2 M) - Family work- specialist counselling 40 parents (34 K,6 M), 10 children (7 K, 3 M) - Parent Academy- trainings for parents 20 parents (17 K, 3 M) - HR support- training 4 employees (3 K, 1 M) - complementary support- subject tutoring 8 children (5 K, 3 M) - family integration- complementary support 93 people (60 K, 33 M) - integration meetings for families 10 families (20K, 20 M) 01.09.2024 - 30.04.2027 The following information and promotion activities are planned, the aim of which will be to disseminate information about the project, the results of the project and its benefits for society, and thus to consolidate the positive image of the European Union: - placing signs of the European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and the coat of arms of the voivodeship on all documents related to the implementation of the project and in all information and promotional activities concerning the project, - marking the place of the project by placing a poster at the place of its implementation, - placing a description of the project on the official website of the Social Welfare Centre in Świętochłowice, - placing a description of the project on the created social profile of the project on Facebook, - preparing photographic documentation of the project and placing it on the OPS website, - posting a description and a photo on the website www.mapadotacja.pl, - purchasing and distributing leaflets promoting the project, - informing each potential participant of the project that the project is financed from the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 programme, - providing information in personal form or by means of posters and leaflets about the project to the Municipal Office, District Clinics, Schools, Churches, NGOs, ROD and other places and institutions with which the target group of the project is in contact - it is also planned to publish information about the project in the cyclically appearing Local Government Bulletin of the city of Świętochłowice. https://ops.świętochłowice.pl
