The aim of the project is to support children and families experiencing care and educational difficulties, including families in crisis. This support will be provided as part of 8 day support centers run by ZHP Hufiec Bytom located in such places of Bytom, where this support is much needed by residents. The target group to which support is directed are children aged 7-15, with particular emphasis on people with disabilities, as well as families with caring and upbringing difficulties or in crisis. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and extend the offer of support in day support facilities in the city of Bytom in the districts of Śródmieście (three facilities), Łagiewniki , Rozbark, Bobrek, Szombierki. The Grasping Bajtle facility is run in a backyard form, and its activities are based on field work in the Bobrek district, where children require special interest, activation and care. The planned activities will focus on the development of social competences and interests. Children will be supported due to mental, behavioural or disability problems resulting from the applicant’s diagnosis. Supporting activities will be based on the work of specialists, i.e. a pedagogue, psychologist, language teacher, specialist in socio-natural and artistic activities and a backyard work animator. The support will be implemented, among others, through art, dance, language classes, specialist classes, but also a package of educational activities regarding health and counteracting addictions and risky behaviors. These activities will be complemented by cultural and sporting events, festivals, trips and excursions. An important aspect will be carrying out activities in the field of addiction prevention for both pupils and the environment. As part of this project, it is planned to carry out information and promotion activities aimed at - reaching a wide range of recipients with information about planned activities under the project - information on recruitment to the project, - indicating the sources of project financing from European Union funds - a schedule of forms of support will be placed on the zhp/project website to inform about the activities undertaken in a given month by the applicant - all documents will be marked with the appropriate set of logotypes - the places of implementation of the project will be marked. Information and promotion activities will be based on the work of the Hufca ZHP Bytom promotion team, which will supervise the graphic side of the materials being developed, as well as the correctness of the content provided. It is planned to conduct activities through social media Hufca ZHP Bytom where its reach is 2.2 thousand followers, cooperation with local media. Publication of articles on the goals and objectives of the project as well as recruitment. The activities of the institutions run by Hufiec Bytom are firmly established in cooperation with Bytom schools, it is planned to inform parents about the planned activities in the project during dedicated meetings, as well as to organize demonstration classes in schools, so as to interest a wide range of children in a difficult situation, in particular through direct contact to participate in the project. https://bytom.zhp.pl/
