The main objective of the project is to take measures in the field of development, improvement of the quality and availability of support services for families, including families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling care and educational functions or in crisis, i.e. for 35 people. (20K 15M) you will. G. Świerklaniec in the period 01.07.24r.-30.06.26r. through the implementation of educational and correctional activities and specialist support. The project will support 14adults (10K, 4M) and 21children (10K, 11M). Families participating in the project have deficits both in the area of social competences, but also in the area of caring and educational competences, which result from the fact that most of them are multi-problem families, in which the combined addictions, poverty, unemployment, disability or long-term illness are factors affecting their helplessness or low social-professional competences. This is often referred to as the inheritance of poverty. The specific project support has been designed comprehensively, includes the family as a whole and the fasting of their members The project goal will be achieved through the implementation of both local and individual classes, as well as stationary and departure. Support, which will be implemented as Gr. classes for whole families, will support all members as individual people, but also the family as a whole, and this will contribute to overcoming their care and upbringing difficulties or crises. The content of these classes will be passed on so that all family members can equally learn from them. At the same time, individual support will support people in overcoming their individual problems, which, however, will have a direct unequivocal positive impact on the family as a whole, e.g. tutoring for children - support for parents in learning children, improving learning outcomes, less stress in the family The expected effect of the project - support offered in projects. will allow families to develop sustainable skills to solve the crisis situation in the future. The project is addressed to families raising children living in the Commune of Świerklaniec, who will be the recipients of the activities under the project and to them will be addressed information and promotion activities. In the first place, the project activities will be directed to OPS clients supported by a family assistant. Information and promotion activities will inform about the purpose of the project, about planned activities to be implemented and about the method of financing the project. As part of the activities, posters will be placed in places designated for this purpose, while leaflets will be distributed in the municipal units of Świerklańca, including in OPS and the Municipal Office and handed over by social workers to potential project participants. In April 2024, the website of the Świerklaniec Commune Office and the OPS website in Świerklaniec will contain information on the planned activities and will indicate the value of co-financing and their sources. Participants will be informed about the application of equal opportunities between women and men and the accessibility of the project for persons with disabilities. During the implementation of the project, information on the project will be prepared and published on an ongoing basis, including current activities in the social media of OPS and UG Świerklaniec. The promotional materials of the project will be posters, leaflets and stickers with logos.
