The aim of the project is to support existing families and pupils staying in it and the development of family forms of PZ by promoting the Idea of Substitute Parenthood and training candidates for new RZ, which will contribute to the implementation of the idea of deinstitutionalization.The project will be implemented in the period from 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2027 in the area of Pow.Myszkowski. The support is planned to cover 30RZ. (including people running the RDD and the facility op. - born type and members of their families, including biological children - a total of 85), 35 pupils staying ulcers RDD and 10 candidates for new RZ. Specialized trainings are planned for RZ., which are aimed at increasing their competence in fulfilling their function, a support group to be able to talk about problems and look for a common solution, as well as organizing a picnic on the occasion of the Day of Substitute Parenthood.For pupils from foster care, psychological advice is planned so that children can understand why they were in foster care and talk about their problems.It is also planned to organize tutoring in English and mathematics, organizing a holiday trip and Santa Claus's play.For some children, a diagnosis in the direction of FAS is also provided.As part of the development of family foster care, 10 candidates will be trained for foster parents. Specialised training will be organised, after which candidates will be qualified to serve as foster families.They will also be advised by a psychologist and a lawyer, as well as a meeting with professional foster families in the framework of an exchange of experience. The results of the project will be achieved in accordance with the assumed values of the indicators in part II. G. the proposal. After the completion of the Project, it is expected to achieve the following results: an increase in the competences of the RZ, the creation of new places in family care, equal opportunities for educating children in care, proper care of children-adjustment of appropriate forms of assistance On the planned implementation of the project, the District Centre for Family Assistance in Myszków will publish relevant information on the website here. Center and District Office in Myszków and social networks run by these units. The notice board at the PCPR headquarters will also contain information on the possibility of taking part in the project and the Recruitment Regulations. In a prominent place will be placed a poster informing about the implementation of the project, as well as the amount of funding received. Foster care coordinators working with foster families will inform them about the possibility of participating in the project.
