The aim of the "Nail Five" project implemented in the period from 01.04.2025 to 30.04.2027 in the Pszczyna district is to increase the availability and broaden the scope of services supporting the process of deinstitutionalization of foster care for 80 people, i.e. at least 40 children and young people in foster care, at least 40 people who are members of foster families and running family foster homes, independent foster care pupils. Through the implementation of the project, there will be an increase in the availability of sustainable, good-quality services preventing social exclusion, equalizing opportunities, eliminating deficits and developing potentials. The following forms of support are envisaged: - social activation, - development of potentials and interests, - psychological support, - specialist counseling, including diagnosis and therapy of disorders; -support in the process of empowerment through, among others, mentoring or building support circles, - creation of a training apartment. As part of the information and promotion measures, the beneficiary plans to: - placing information about the implemented project on the website of the Pszczyna district, - informing about the implemented project through information posters - informing about the implemented project on the bulletin board in the District Center for Family Assistance in Pszczyna and the Organizer of Family Substitute Care in Pszczyna Information and promotion activities will be carried out in an adequate and accessible way for the target group, prepared press releases and materials for websites will be created on the basis of an understandable and accessible language, at the same time meeting the standard of accessibility.
