Family in Center II

The aim of the project "Family in the Center II" implemented in the period from 01.04.2025 to 30.04.2027 in the Żywiec district is to increase the availability and broaden the scope of services supporting the process of deinstitutionalization of foster care for 120 people, i.e. children and young people in foster care, foster parents and members of foster families, their surroundings and 8 employees of the PCPR implementing direct support for project participants. Through the implementation of the project, the availability of sustainable, good-quality services will be increased, preventing social exclusion, equalizing opportunities, eliminating deficits and developing potentials. The situation of the target group will improve significantly. It is assumed that the following forms of support will be used for the participants covered by the project: - social activation, - development of potentials and interests, - psychological support, - specialist counseling, including diagnosis and therapy of disorders; - help in learning, - support of animator, mentors and advisors for people with disabilities. The project will achieve results in line with the target values of the indicators set out in Cz. G of the proposal. As part of the information and promotion measures, the beneficiary plans to: - placing information about the implemented project on the website of the Żywiec County, - informing about the implemented project through information posters - informing about the implemented project on the bulletin board at the District Centre for Family Assistance in Żywiec Information and promotion activities will be carried out in an adequate and accessible way for the target group, prepared press releases and materials for websites will be created on the basis of an understandable and accessible language, at the same time meeting the accessibility standard. Due to the implementation of the project by the District Centre for Family Assistance, which is in daily contact with potential participants in the project - no difficulties are expected in the information and promotion activities undertaken, including as part of the recruitment for participation in the project Planned information and promotion activities will be carried out using primarily Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion and Guidelines on information and promotion of European Funds for 2021-2027.
