The aim of the project is to increase the availability of family support and foster care services at the regional level and to deinstitutionalize the voivodeship of foster care by supporting the development of family forms of foster care, especially non-professional and professional specialist families, running specialist support centres (RCWPZ), educating and improving staff/persons performing tasks in the area of family foster care and conducting awareness and information and education activities in the field of deinstitutionalization of foster care and development of family forms of foster care for persons performing tasks in the area of family foster care and representatives of entities cooperating for the development of family foster care. As a result of the implemented project, there will be 5 special support centers in the Silesian Voivodeship, which will provide specialist assistance to both children placed in care and foster families. The project will result in 370 family and foster care services and 20 children/young people leaving institutional care facilities. The project will be implemented in the Śl. voivodship in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027 Target group: - persons acting as foster families, persons running a family children's home, persons running family-type care and education institutions and members of their families - children placed in foster care - persons performing tasks in the field of family foster care and representatives of entities cooperating for the development of family foster care - entities performing tasks in the field of family foster care 1. PZ Forum, networking meetings, inf-promoting events 2. Organization and management of 5 GCC, therapeutic stays, diagnoses, therapies, development of GCC services standards 3. Training, supervision/coaching, postgraduate studies For the purpose of informing about the activities of the project, a tab will be created on the website, which will be a source of information about available forms of support. Information posters containing the most important information about the project for potential participants will be printed. The equipment and equipment purchased under the project will be covered with stickers indicating the source of their financing. Due to the scale of the project, it is planned to organize, among others, two events promoting the project in the form of an opening and summary conference with the participation of the media. In connection with the importance of the strategic project, the invitation to events promoting the project will be received by representatives of the European Commission, the Managing Authority and the relevant ministry - the invitation will be submitted electronically at least 4 weeks before the date of the event https://rops-katowice.pl/
