Adam Małysz Beskid Ski Centre in Wisła

The project of the Adam Małysz Beskid Ski Centre, initiated by the Municipality of Wisła, aims to significantly increase the tourist attractiveness of the Silesian region. The center will be a modern and multifunctional exhibition space, where trophies of the most outstanding ski jumpers will be displayed, enriched with multimedia forms of presentation and interactive attractions for visitors. The facility will be created with the local and international community in mind, with a major focus on social inclusion and education. The centre will be a place where cultural, sporting and tourist events will take place, as well as workshops and educational activities aimed at consolidating regional identity based on the history of winter sports. Cooperation with local NGOs, including social associations and cooperatives, is also envisaged in order to create a socially responsible space accessible to all social groups. Its functioning will significantly contribute to increasing tourism, economic growth and entrepreneurship in the region, as well as improve the quality of cultural and educational offer for residents and tourists. The planned information and promotion activities for the project will include various strategies and communication channels to effectively inform the public about the project's funding by the European Union: 1) Cost action - information boards. In accordance with the guidelines, information boards will be placed on the site of the project implementation, which will clearly inform about the EU funding. These tables will contain the EU logo and information about the project. 2) A promotional campaign will be carried out as part of the functioning of the Adam Małysz Beskid Ski Centre. Activities will include the organisation of a project opening conference and a conference related to the opening of the Centre. 3) Cost-free operation - website. Detailed information about the project, including EU funding, will be published on the official website of the City Hall. The EU logo and funding information will be clearly visible on the project website. 4) Social media. Regular information about the progress of the project will appear on the Vistula City Hall's social media profiles, such as Facebook. Each post related to the project will include the hashtag #EUFunds, as well as the EU logo and funding information. All promotional activities will be in accordance with the guidelines contained in the manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European funds for 2021-2027 in the field of Information and Promotion and the Guide for Beneficiaries of FE SL 2021-2027. https://www.wisla.pl
