The aim of the project is to modernize the building of the Municipal Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie and to create a multifunctional socio-cultural center that will be available to residents of the commune and neighboring cities. As part of the construction works, a thorough modernization of the facility will be carried out. New spaces, development of the square with small retention and energy modernisation of the building will be created. In addition, it is planned to change the arrangement of the computer studio to a gaming room and to change the arrangement of one of the office rooms located on the first floor of the recording studio. The project provides for the purchase of the necessary equipment for the operation of the facility. The project also includes expenditure on accessibility. The recipients of the project will be the inhabitants of the central subregion, especially the municipalities of Siemianowice Śląskie, Czeladź and Piekary Śląskie. As a result, a new cultural offer dedicated to individual groups of recipients will be created: children, adolescents, people of working age and seniors. The aim of the project is consistent with the scope of intervention, i.e. strengthening the pro-development and community-creating role of culture by transforming existing cultural institutions into multifunctional centers with a diverse offer, including cultural, animation, educational for all groups of residents and conducting activities for the development of social capital at the local level. From the moment of obtaining funding until the end of the project implementation, the applicant will comply with the information obligation resulting from the provisions of the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion" and the "Visual Identity Book brand European Funds 2021-2027". As part of the project, it is planned, among others: - installation of an information board on the building of the City Library at al. 3 athletes in Siemianowice Śląskie, - placement of the project description on the Applicant's website (address in field B.2.2), - placement of an article on the obtained funding and the implemented project on the Applicant's website (address in field B.2.2) and in the Siemianowice Local Government Gazette "Voice of the City", - placement on documents and materials related to the implementation of the project of graphic signs, - placement of stickers with the fund logo on the purchased equipment; - informing residents about the fact of receiving funding using other local media. https://siemianowice.pl/
