The aim of the project is to develop brownfield, degraded areas and create an ‘Olmet Park Świętochłowice’ logistics and storage centre as part of local infrastructure. The planned investment will contribute to the development of the local and regional economy and will have a positive impact on the potential of the region and the local community. Warehouse center is 45,000m2 of space for rent in a great location. The project will have a great potential in relation to the sustainability dimension thanks to the PV installation, which will improve air quality and increase energy efficiency, as well as the use of rainwater affecting the GOZ. The planned promotional activities include the implementation of a subpage informing about the project and the financing of the project from the European Union funds. The website will be developed in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027. The applicant also plans to promote the project by making an information board about the project and how it will be financed, which will be placed at the project implementation site. Other promotional activities are press articles on the Internet. The information board and the website will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion. https://olmet.pl/
