Revitalization of degraded areas after the former Kleofas hard coal mine through the creation of a multifunctional service facility.

The aim of the project is to create a new economic center in Katowice by developing degraded areas after the former Kleofas hard coal mine, which will create optimal conditions for the development of economic initiatives and projects. As part of this project, the Applicant plans to design and build a multifunctional facility with a building area of 6 524.6 m2 (useful area - 7 772 m2) of a centre-building nature, providing space for rent for public services. The newly constructed building will be available for the location of cultural offices and services, education, science, upbringing, health care, banking, retail and wholesale trade, gastronomy, postal or telecommunications services, tourism, sports and recreation services, exhibitions and others. When designing the space for rent, the applicant sought to enable tenants to carry out various forms of activity. The building will be divided into two zones (in each building module) – a service and office zone (located in a two- and three-storey part of the building) and a multifunctional service zone (located in a single-storey part), for any use by the tenant. The project will be implemented in line with the New European Bauhaus, i.e. taking into account sustainability, aesthetics and integration. The materials used and modern facade solutions will provide high architectural, aesthetic and technological values of the multifunctional service building facility. Ecological solutions will also be used, including in the form of energy from renewable sources, which will contribute to reducing climate change. In addition, the facility will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring equal access to the created infrastructure for all its users. The applicant has planned comprehensive marketing activities in order to properly promote the investment. The work will start with an analysis of the commercial real estate market, defining trends and preferences, defining the target group that is interested in renting the offered space. A coherent visual identity will be developed, reflecting the nature of the project. As part of the information and promotion activities, the Applicant shall: • Organise advertising campaigns in various channels – online, indoor (through indoor advertising media such as stands, tripping stands or LED screens) and outdoor, selecting appropriate forms of advertising, i.e. visual, audio, sponsored art, PPC advertising – through which it will promote the new investment and its result; • Take part in industry events: commercial real estate fairs, business conferences to present the project and establish contacts with potential clients and business partners (using the information contained in prepared brochures and folders); • Create a website to provide relevant information about the project; • He will actively manage social media profiles (publishing project news, virtual visualisations, information about industry events, etc.), which will contribute to building an online community around the building brand by engaging users, answering questions and comments. Information and promotion activities will be carried out by the Company in compliance with the principle of availability. http://www.opal.pl
