The objective of the project is to develop the company by fundamentally changing the production process and diversifying the plant to mitigate the social, employment, economic and environmental impacts of the transition towards the Union’s 2030 targets for energy and climate and towards a climate-neutral Union economy by 2050 based on the Paris Agreement. The project will increase the competitiveness of the company, job security, and thanks to the employed people, the Applicant will become an even more important player on the market. The project will involve the construction of a new production hall, the purchase of production machines and the necessary software. Thanks to the planned investment, the company expects to introduce new products to the market, increase production, shorten the process of order generation, as well as a significant increase in revenues. The applicant plans to employ 4 people as a result of the project, which will significantly contribute to mitigating the effects of implementing the energy transition in the Silesian Voivodeship. Thanks to the use of modern and ecological solutions both in the process of building the hall, as well as the purchase of modern production machines and the necessary software, the project will implement the assumptions of the circular economy, and the use of RES in the project will allow the use of renewable energy both for the production process and for the operation of the hall. The production machines purchased in the project will have a high energy class, which will translate into a positive impact on the natural environment and will have a positive impact on the transformation process. The impact on the development of the region is primarily the maintenance and increase of employment in the SMEs sector and the employment potential of people leaving the mining and mining-related sector. It is also important to gradually become independent of conventional coal-based energy. The project is planned to be implemented in post-industrial areas. The applicant plans to carry out an information campaign on its website and on social media, as well as on industry portals. Compulsory activities will also be carried out - included in the annexes to the Competition Rules. The costs of the actions will be covered - in accordance with the guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure from indirect costs of the project. The scope of promotional activities will be in accordance with the requirements of the Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 regarding information and promotion. http://siatmar-sk.pl
