The main objective of the project is to diversify the company's activities taking into account the mitigation of economic, environmental, employment and social impacts related to the transition resulting from the European Union's 2030 and 2050 targets in the field of energy and climate. The project itself consists in the construction of a production hall and the purchase of 2 pieces of fixed assets (line for automatic shredding and sorting of waste and wheel loader) enabling the implementation of a new product in the form of green aluminum raw material. The new product is an innovation on a national scale for up to 3 years, while the process of its production is an innovation unknown and not used so far. The project itself also aims to implement non-technological innovation - organizational, in the area of process management in a comprehensive approach. Importantly, the production hall planned for construction as part of the investment also provides for a complete photovoltaic system on its roof, which will directly translate into increased autonomy and energy security of the company and will result in greater independence from the coal economy. The project directly fits into leading environmental trends such as the principle of sustainable development, the "do no significant harm" principle and the circular economy. One of the elements of the investment will also be an increase in employment in the company in order to service the newly implemented process. However, the comprehensive implementation of the project will allow, above all, to diversify the company's offer, making it more competitive and better suited to the current market and environmental realities, directly resulting from the assumptions of the Just Transition Fund. Information and promotion activities will start after the signature of the grant agreement and will consist in informing the public, including the recipients of the project results and the persons and entities participating in the project about the progress of the project, as well as about its completion. The applicant undertakes to comply with the rules on information and promotion of the project in accordance with the guidelines contained in the ‘Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and promotion’, consisting of: 1. Placing the required signs of the European Funds, the European Union together with the logotype of the Silesian Voivodeship: - on promotional and information documents relating to the project and on the website and on social media. - documents directly related to the implementation of the project made public. - fixed assets purchased under the project. 2.
