Development of production of automated transceiver devices in response to international demand for Polish postal machines from Silesia

The subject of the project is to increase the production capacity of the existing BATO plant to a total of about 600 self-service, automated transceiver devices, primarily mail machines of various types and shapes, as well as other devices for receiving / transmitting various assortments of goods. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of BATO by: 1. Increasing the production capacity and thus the efficiency of the existing BATO plant, 2. Distribution of devices for customers who want to locate them in new markets: United Kingdom, Benelux countries, Italy, Spain, 3. Creation of 10 new jobs. 5. Reducing the Company's dependence on conventional energy (implementation of photovoltaic installation), 6. Introduction of resource efficiency and activities in accordance with 6R (wastewater treatment, heat pumps, waste reduction in production, thermomodernization, energy-efficient devices 7. Implementation of the results of R&D works carried out under POIR 1.1.1 and process innovation on a global scale, thanks to which the project will contribute to the TRANSFORMATION of the REGION. The scope of the project includes: - purchase of fixed assets and WNIP and modernization of production halls and technical and administrative rooms and manoeuvring areas increasing production capacity, - implementation of RES solutions and a number of other pro-environmental solutions, - creation of 10 new jobs, - introduction of comprehensive, innovative organizational solutions in the field of IT, optimizing production, - new forms of marketing of the Company, in order to optimize the Company's operations and prepare it for the period of industrial and environmental transformation in the region. We plan to inform the public about the implementation of the project using the information board available at the project site (the information will be written in large font min. 20 points). and via the planned BATO profile on LinkedIn. Fixed assets purchased as part of the project will be permanently marked (in the form of stickers) with the sign of the European Funds and the sign of the colours of the Republic of Poland. The company will also create its own website with information about the promotion of the project.
