The aim of the project is to start the production of chargers for electric vehicles (buses and public vehicles). The works carried out are to be investment works in close cooperation with clients. In the longer term, it is planned to start production in the following areas: • DC car chargers – CHadeMO connection, CCS (DC charging) – up to 350 kW • Plug-in bus chargers/commercial vehicles – CCS connection (DC charging) – up to 350 kW • Pantograph bus chargers (DC charging) – up to 750 kW (option, depending on market development) • Bus chargers with energy storage and the possibility of direct cooperation with renewable energy sources (option, depending on market development) Prior to the start of the project described in this grant application, the following research and development work was carried out on the chargers: • Development of mechanical, electrical, electronic and software concepts, • Calculations and simulations to verify concepts – thermal, acoustic, electrical and mechanical, • Development of design and customer documentation, • Prototyping of different types of chargers, • Development and execution of special test stations for acceptance tests, • Tests and tests of chargers (including tests in the target environment - customer tests), • Validation of solutions after tests. The research and development work carried out allowed to prepare the production documentation of plug-in bus chargers. Development work has been completed at TRL 9 Technology Readiness Level. The project includes the purchase, installation and commissioning of: machines, test equipment and assembly stations. As part of the project, it is planned to start serial production of developed chargers and obtain a production capacity of at least 100 chargers per year. 1. Promotion on the company's website 2.
