The aim of the project is the energy, economic and social transformation of FASING S.A. implemented through: • adapting the machine park to climate-neutral production, • diversifying the offer of solutions for non-mining outlets, which will ensure that the position of the producer and supplier is maintained in the event of a departure from the mining market, • adapting the competence of the current staff to produce solutions for new outlets. Due to the difficult situation on the mining market and the government's plan to close mines, from 2025 a gradual decrease in sales of products to the mining market is forecast, which may mean a decrease in the Company's total revenues by about 5% per year. Thanks to the planned investment, the decrease in sales of products to mining markets will be offset by an increase in sales on non-mining markets, thanks to which the Company will be able to increase its turnover annually, which will have a beneficial impact on the Company's further operations. With the purchase of new machines and the change of production technology, the Company plans to retrain its current production employees so that they can be involved in handling new production processes. Thanks to this, the Company will not be forced to reduce employment at 67 positions, thanks to which the current employees of the Company will retain their jobs. In addition, the investment plans to increase employment and create 22 new jobs. As part of the idea of transformation, thanks to the implementation of the project, the Company will be able to take actions optimizing its energy absorption policy, waste and raw material management, thanks to which it will be possible to eliminate the negative impact of production processes on the climate and the company's environment. The applicant plans to implement the project under the slogan FASING TRANSFORMATION. Such visual identification will serve to clearly and unambiguously mark all activities that make up the implementation of the project (i.e. production and technological processes, purchased elements of the machine park, products produced as a result of the implementation of the project, training of employees, etc.). The applicant envisages that the changes organized under the slogan FASING TRANSFORMATION will be positively received by the Company's stakeholders, presenting it as a company developing and striving towards modern solutions. The idea of Transformation will be included in the following promotional and information tools: • promotional and informational materials distributed by the company (catalogues and product leaflets, Company Profiles, presentations, image films, etc.), • correspondence documentation with stakeholders (company paper, e-mail, offers, information letters), • technical documentation regarding the products resulting from the project, • information boards at the production plant. Communication channels through which information about the project will be communicated: • Company's website, • Social Media channels, • conferences, scientific and economic symposia, • trade fairs, • direct communication with stakeholders, • stock market reports (in the situations and to the extent specified in the relevant regulations).
