The project consists in the installation of renewable energy sources generating heat and electricity in single-family houses owned by residents of the City of Bielsko-Biała and the Municipality of Zebrzydowice, thanks to grants granted by the Applicant. The project provides for 1345 RES installations, including photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, heat pumps and electricity and heat storage (in different sets) . The project foresees: -granting grants for the supply and installation of RES installations and electricity and heat storage, -conducting final acceptance of installations, -promotional campaign in the field of environmental education, -promotion of the project. The implementation of the task will contribute to the development of distributed energy and prosumer renewable energy. It will also allow you to: increasing the share of renewable energy in the overall energy balance of the City of Bielsko-Biała and the Municipality of Zebrzydowice, improving air quality by reducing pollution, including CO2 and PM10, and improving the health and economic situation of residents, as well as improving energy efficiency in the region. The promotion of the project will consist in the purchase and installation of two one-sided information boards, which will be placed near the Municipal Office in Bielsko-Biała and near the building of the Zebrzydowice Commune Office. The plaques will be displayed for the duration of the project until the end of the project lifespan. They will be made of durable materials, which will provide them with strength and good technical condition throughout the life of the project. The location and appearance of the tables will be in accordance with the Manual of Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion. An informational website about the project will also be created. All information and promotion activities related to the project and documents and materials related to the implementation of the project will be marked with the signs of the European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and the graphic sign of the Silesian Voivodeship. In addition, the equipment (i.e. RES devices) will be marked with stickers informing about co-financing from the European Union.
