The project includes activities related to the construction of infrastructure for the production of energy from RES in residential buildings in the city of Gliwice. The project will cover 363 RES installations (within the meaning of Crit. Degree of impact of the project on the development of distributed energy) with a total power output of min. 0.98 MW and heat output of min. 0.984 MW. The main objective of the project is to increase the production of energy from renewable sources, and consequently to reduce low emissions - the main environmental problem of the city of Gliwice. The aim of the project is also to increase the level of energy security in the project area by building distributed generation sources. The implementation of the project assumes the following stages: - preparation of the project (the applicant incurred expenses related to the preparation of the project and the call) - selection of Grantees (a call for proposals carried out in accordance with the Rules of Procedure from 16.11.2023 to 08.12.2023 - publication took place on 2.11.2023, i.e. 14 days before the announcement), the Regulations of the project were adopted by the Order of the Mayor of the City of Gliwice No. PM-8706/2023 of 31.10.23. - obtaining co-financing for the implementation of the project under FESL.10.06, - starting the material stage of the project implementation (planned start date: 04.2025). During the material implementation of the project, it is planned to incur security-free expenses in the following categories: Grants for residents. - financial settlement of the project (planned date: 11.2026). Grants will be awarded for the installation of: a) photovoltaic plant (type 1), b) heat pump (type 2), c) photovoltaic plant with energy storage system (energy warehouse) (type 3), d) heat pump with photovoltaic plant (type 4), e) heat pump with photovoltaic plant with energy storage system (energy warehouse) (type 5), f) energy storage (type 6) (if you have a photovoltaic plant at the date of application), g) energy management system (as a supplement of types: 1, 3, 4, 5). The planned date of the material and financial stage is 2025-26 In accordance with the guidelines of the Manual for beneficiaries of FE SL 2021-2027, the Applicant will inform about the co-financing of the project from the EU from the moment of receiving the co-financing, during its implementation on the occasion of any information and promotion measures taken. As part of the activities undertaken, the following activities will be carried out, among others: - appropriate marking (mandatory combination of characters: the European Funds mark, the colour mark of the Republic of Poland and the European Union mark) of the documents relating to the project, e.g.: - tender documentation, announcements, reports, publications, materials, etc. - marking the installation (place of implementation of the installation) with information stickers - preparation of materials in accordance with the provisions of the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion" in this area, including the use of: information and commemorative plaques, project website markings, documentation markings, markings of all promotional and informational materials.
