The project consists in modernizing and equipping the studio for practical apprenticeship at the CKZ in Ruda Śl. There is a gap between vocational education provision and labour market needs in the region. The low quality of the technical and didactic base of industry education, including outdated facilities and equipment for practical apprenticeships, translates into the educational offer and the quality of education. The answer to the expectations of employers and students is to create conditions similar to the real working environment. In connection with the above, the following laboratories were included in the project: -at ul. J. Hallera 6 •programming of numerically controlled machine tools and computer-aided mechanical professions •conventional machine tools •tool room •metrology and physical-mechanical research of metals •hand processing workshop •renovation workshop •computer-aided service professions - at ul. Fr. L. Tunkla 149a •renewable energy sources •logistics and computer-aided logistics, as well as automotive and forwarding competitions •electric-electronic and computer-aided electrical and electronic competitions •construction •manual processing workshop - at ul. Planty Kowalskiego 6 •mechatronics and computer-aided mechatronics As part of the project, old devices will be replaced by new, energy-saving, working on modern systems. It is assumed that as a result of the project there will be an increase in the competences/qualifications of about 449 graduates of vocational schools in Ruda Śl. per year, studying in the following professions: mechanic technician, mechatronic technician, electrician technician, electrician, locksmith, forwarder technician, electronics technician, computer technician, motor vehicle technician, machine tool operator, renewable energy equipment and systems technician, logistics technician, construction technician, finishing techniques in construction, warehouser-logistician, fitter and finishing works in construction, bricklayer-plaster. Information and promotional obligations will be fulfilled from the moment of obtaining co-financing for the implementation of the project, i.e. signing the co-financing agreement and during its implementation on the occasion of any activities undertaken. All documents related to the implemented project, e.g.: in terms of tender documentation, announcements, publications, materials, etc., they will be properly marked in accordance with the Manual of Applicant and Beneficiary of the FE 2021-2027 on information and publicity, including the FE Visual Identity Book 2021-2027. The information and promotion campaign will take into account the specificity of the recipients and products created in the Project and will be aimed at students and their parents. Action to be implemented: -information on the project on the website of the Centre for Vocational Training (hereinafter: CKZ) will include a list of machines purchased in the project. The project website (posted as a tab on the existing CPC website) will contain information about receiving EU funding, a description of the project, including a description of its objectives and results, a list of signs in the full-colour option: European Funds (regional programme), colours of the Republic of Poland, the EU and the logo of the Silesian Voivodeship - the description of the project will also be included in social media, e.g. on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ckpidz/?locale=pl_PL). Photos of the purchased equipment will be posted on social media, the hashtags #EU Funds or #European Funds - information board, in accordance with the Applicant's Manual. https://ckz-ruda.pl
