The subject of the project is the renovation of 16 classrooms for practical apprenticeship, located in the workshop building of the School Complex No. 5 in Tychy. In addition, the project involves equipping 14 rooms with modern equipment, machines and devices necessary to create conditions similar to the real working environment for students. The equipment will complement the existing didactic and technical base of the school used in education of the following faculties: mechanical technicians, construction technicians, landscape architecture technicians, hairdressing technicians and trade professionals: bricklayer-plaster, installer of buildings and finishing works in construction, hairdresser. As a result, the following will be retrofitted: mechanical workshop, manual processing workshop, CNC working workshop, computer workshop, 2 instructional workshops, 4 construction workshops, landscape architecture workshop, hairdressing workshop, trichology workshop and tool room. The workshops will be fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and will meet the guidelines of the "Accessible School Model". In addition, the project uses inclusive education solutions for people with special educational needs (silence room), as well as pro-ecological projects, ensuring the project's compliance with the principles of sustainable development. The implementation of the project will enable an amendment of the core curriculum, consisting in the introduction of innovative elements in the teaching process (use of 3D printers to create patterns and prototypes created for the needs of the education profile, science of technology, engineering and programming using the PNC robotic arm). Information and promotion activities will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Guide for Applicants and Beneficiaries of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of Information and Promotion and the Guide for Beneficiaries of FE SL 2021-2027. Beneficiary, at least: - will include signs: European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union and the coat of arms of the voivodship on all publications, websites, letters of correspondence and other documents related to the project, which will be made public, - will provide stickers to mark the purchased equipment, - will mark the place of implementation of the project by placing an information board, immediately after the start of physical implementation of the project, in publicly accessible places, - will place a description of the project on the official website of the City of Tychy and the supported school. https://umtychy.pl/
