The main objective of the project is to increase the professional competence of students of Technical School No. 1 in Żory, through investment in new infrastructure providing conditions similar to the real professional work environment, but also enabling inclusive education of the pupils of the institution. Therefore, as part of the project, it is planned to expand the offer and infrastructure of Technikum No. 1 in Żory, including new interdisciplinary workshops and a practical vocational training workshop (e.g. for educating the profession of motor vehicle technicians, but also, above all, in the near future, in the profession of electromobility techniques and in other complementary professions - electrician, IT technicians and others), which is to provide students with conditions similar to the real professional work environment. The resulting workshops will be provided with the necessary general didactic equipment and equipment for practical vocational training. The supported professions and spaces within the project require the organisation of additional storage rooms for mobile devices used during apprenticeships, but also cloakrooms, sanitary facilities, social rooms for pupils, therefore the scope of the project also includes support for such rooms. What is particularly important, the project will take into account specific solutions in the field of inclusive education, which will be reflected in the school spaces arranged in accordance with the Available School Model - an office for individual work with a student, as well as in the so-called relaxation and tranquillity zone. Due to the inability to effectively adapt the existing infrastructure of the facility for the purposes of the project, the workshops will be built in a new facility, which will also give full potential for the implementation of practical apprenticeships. The scope of works will also include works related to ensuring the accessibility of the facility for persons with disabilities. The project will be promoted on the websites of the city of Żory (zory.pl), on the website of the School (https://zsbi.pl/) on social media (https://www.facebook.com/miasto.zory/) it is planned to publish information about the project and its progress in the Municipal Information Bulletin "Kurier Żorski|. All promotional materials and information about the project will include signs: European funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. Educational materials and teaching aids purchased under the project will be covered with permanent stickers containing signs of the European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. An information/memorial board will be placed in a visible place, showing the required characters, the name of the beneficiary, the title of the project, the address of the portal: www.mapadotacja.gov.pl, the information placed on the board will be visible and readable by the recipients. The board will be made of durable materials resistant to weather conditions. The amount of printed materials will be kept to a minimum. The information and promotion activities planned in the project will be developed in accordance with the principles set out in Article 50 of Regulation 2021/1060 1060 and the ‘Handbook for Beneficiaries SL 2021-2027’ (including project marking in accordance with the ‘Project Promotion and Labelling Rules’, the provisions of the ‘European Funds 2021-2027 Visual Identity Book’) will be used when creating the graphics. https://www.zory.pl
