The actual implementation of the project will consist in the installation of a workshop for practical apprenticeships for the following vocational training institutions: Bielsko-Biała Industrial School and the Complex of Electronic, Electrical and Mechanical Schools. The aim of the project is to increase the quality and attractiveness of vocational education, and thus increase the competences of pupils of schools educating in professions by modernizing the techno-educational base, adapting the teaching conditions to the needs of employers and challenges in the digital transformation and transition to a green economy and smart and technological specializations of the region. School infrastructure will be adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. Specific objectives of the project: - increasing the attractiveness and flexibility of vocational education, - increasing the potential of vocational education, - adapting vocational education to the needs of the labour market, - adapting the skills and competences of the inhabitants of the southern subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship. The place of implementation of the project will be the City of Bielsko-Biała, users of the created infrastructure and recipients of project activities will be students and teachers of Bielsko-Biała vocational schools, including residents of Bielsko-Biała. Project deadline: 1 May 2025 - 31 December 2026. The applicant plans to use the websites of both its own and the schools participating in the project and social media to implement the project's promotional activities. Web-based communication will also serve as a basic information channel for potential participants in the project. The information activities carried out on the websites will be complemented by additional tools, e.g. Facebook. In addition, information about the project will be on information boards located in the areas of schools participating in the project. The project will be promoted on the website of the Applicant - City of Bielsko-Biała (http://bielsko-biala.pl) as well as on the websites of schools participating in the project, i.e. Bielsko-Biała Industrial School and the Electronic, Electrical and Mechanical School Complex. All documents and materials, equipment and modernized rooms related to the project will have graphic signs in accordance with the rules on the promotion of EU projects. http://bielsko-biala.pl
