The aim of the project is to improve the availability of specialized advisory services (circum-business and pro-innovation), provided by accredited institutions. A regional voucher system for these services will be developed and implemented, with a particular focus on projects contributing to the transformation of mining subregions towards a green and digital economy. The project is addressed to registered and running business enterprises of SMEs from the areas covered by the support of the Just Transition Fund in the Silesian Voivodeship (subregions of Katowice, Sosnowiecki, Thousands, Bytom, Gliwice, Rybnik, Bielski), which have innovative ideas, solutions, products or technologies and proceed to the process of their commercialization. Support will be offered to companies in all sectors (taking into account the admissibility of granting de minimis aid). The project is part of a broader project to harness the region's existing capacity of experts and institutions providing specialised advisory services. Support is planned for at least 146 SMEs in the form of vouchers for the implementation of pro-innovation advisory services (the maximum value is PLN 200,000 for one entrepreneur). The aim of the project is to increase the innovativeness of SMEs by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of commercialization processes, analysing new commercialization paths to sell a new product, service or technology, and improving business awareness of enterprises by advising on a business model related to diversification or a complete change in the business profile. Actions are planned such as: individual and group consultations for SMEs, information meetings, providing support in the form of vouchers. Implementation period: 1.07.2024-31.06.2029. Project office: Katowice, Al. Roździeński 188. Project implemented by FG and ŚFR. Information and promotion activities will be relevant to the target group indicated in the project, based on good practices developed during the implementation of projects for SMEs. Key information will be posted on the project website (description, funding information, mandatory logos: FE mark, colours of the Republic of Poland, EU mark) and on social media. The project office and the places where the tasks will be carried out will be marked, in a visible place, with a plaque/postal containing mandatory markings (FE, EU, voivodship), the name of the beneficiary, the title, the amount of funding and the address mapadotacja.gov.pl. Project documentation, promotional and information materials will be marked with the appropriate set of logotypes, in the content we will provide information about the co-financing of the project from the EU. FG has been implementing projects for SMEs for over 20 years, we have developed procedures and a network of contacts. If necessary, we will carry out an additional information and promotion campaign (including advertisements in the press, distribution of leaflets). We will organize a meeting inaugurating the project and summarizing at the end of the implementation. All promotional activities will be carried out in accordance with the ‘Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of the FE 2021-2027 on information and publicity’ and the EU guidelines in this regard. https://www.fgsa.pl
