The aim of the project is to mitigate the effects of the ecological transition by adapting qualifications, competences and professional skills to the needs of the green economy of 11720 adults (K 5626/M 6094), including people with disabilities, living and/or working in one of the mining subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship - the central subregion, i.e. Bytom, Gliwice, Katowice, Sosnowiec and Tyskie, who on their own initiative will be interested in obtaining support, with the participation of the Entity Financing System for development services of a demand-side nature and advisory and educational and professional support, supporting the proper adjustment of participants' needs, using development needs analysis tools using the Competence Balance model for the changing labour market in the period V.2024-XII.2026. The aim is to increase/acquire knowledge, skills, green competences qualifications by individuals. This will be achieved through the implementation of training and advisory support in the form of: -Analysis of development needs, including the use of the Competence Balance model - optional support, -Technical support in the selection of appropriate services (training/validation/certification of acquired skills) through advice on the use of BUR and technical support in the use of BUR at each stage of participation - optional support, - Co-financing of development services available in BUR - green skills/competences qualifications - mandatory effects: 1. 10550 people who obtained their qualifications after leaving the Silesian Academy (AŚ) program together with a partner of the Chamber (IR) are planning a promotional campaign with a wide spectrum of impact. AŚ is part of the capital group consisting of TVS Television and Radio Silesia, thanks to these structures a media campaign will be implemented, which will be a factor influencing recruitment activities, but also disseminating the effects of the project/programme 10.17 (TVS TV audiences are: 51.80% women, 48.20% men, 96.29% in the age group 30+, 67.17% residents of Polish cities, 69.08% people with incomes of women and men. 2000 PLN, 37.64% of people with secondary education, Daily range: 607,000 people* based on AGB Nielsen Measurment research).
