The aim of the project is to mitigate the effects of the ecological transition by adapting the qualifications, competences and professional skills of 210 adults(116K, 94M) living or working in the Rybnik subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship to the needs of the green economy by 31.12.2026. Acquired qualifications (minimum 20% OFS)/competences are to enable the development of professional, digital skills necessary to take up employment – in particular in the green economy sector, and necessary for regional/local specialisations and qualifications functioning in the ICS, as well as their verification. The project assumes the implementation of tasks: -providing educational and professional consulting services, in order to properly adapt the needs of participants to the changing labour market, -advising on the operation of BUR by BOK employees, -funding of training services, consulting, postgraduate studies using BUR. The assumed effects in the project are obtaining qualifications or acquiring green competences or skills by 210 adults who, on their own initiative, plan to improve their skills or competences or qualifications, in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. For coal mining subregions, the effect of decarbonisation is felt, which is associated with a reduction in employment in mining and mining-related companies by 14,000 people by 2030, which will affect local labour markets. Adjustment of demand and supply on the labour market is difficult due to the speed of changes in the demand for workers, especially in the area of the green economy. It is not possible to determine in the long term in which direction individual industries will develop. Therefore, the PAs will receive comprehensive support, ranging from consultancy services to implementation of development services and certification, which will contribute to mitigating the effects of the green transition. The PROMOTION will be carried out throughout the implementation of the project (hereinafter referred to as P.), will be tailored to the target group, implemented through, among others: -info on social media and on the applicant's website (WCAG 2.1); -a hotline enabling contact by telephone for an average of 40 hours a week (up to 2 months from the start of implementation of P), -cooperation with members of the Association of Municipalities and Districts of the Western Subregion, i.e. municipalities, cities and districts in the promotion of the project . The materials used will, among others, emphasize the benefits of using development support, the quality of entities providing development services, the possibility of using a development service from any service provider operating within the system. Information and publicity measures (including mandatory posters) and documents related to the implementation of the project, documents and materials for persons and entities participating in the project will be appropriately marked in accordance with the Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of the FE for 2021-2027. The website (in accordance with WCAG 2.1) will contain information about receiving EU funding, a description of the project, a list of signs in the full-colour variant. The description of the project will also be included in social media, e.g. on Facebook. On social media, photos, graphics and a schedule of the project will be posted, presenting its main stages and progress of work. At the end of the project implementation, the project description will be updated with the results achieved, hashtags and #FundsEU or #FundsEU will be placed. https://subregion.pl
