OBJECTIVE: by 31.12.2026 to provide comprehensive support to 580 adults (319K and 261M) living or working in the central sub-region of the Silesian Voivodeship (scwś), who, on their own initiative, have planned to improve their skills/competences or to change/acquire new qualifications, enabling them to develop into professional, digital skills, necessary to work in green economy sectors, important for the innovative development of the region, enabling them to meet the vision of a modern European area with a competitive economy, which is the result of a responsible transformation, ensuring development and offering a high quality of life in a clean environment. Target group further (GD): 580 adults 18+ (319K and 261M) who, on their own initiative, plan to improve their skills or competences or qualifications living or working in the mining subregion of the central Silesian Voivodeship. Support is not available to: Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Art. 1-2 of the Act on the Law of Entrepreneurs, employees of the applicant or partner. TASKS: 1. Recruitment of Support Participants 2. Professional counselling for Support Participants 3. Granting and settling co-financing for development services selected from the BUR, marked as co-financed from public funds 4. Monitoring of development services Each of the Participants (hereinafter referred to as UP) of the project will have access to professional advice and one of the forms of support, i.e.: training (max 5 000 PLN); postgraduate studies (max 10 000 PLN). INDICATORS: Total number of people supported - 580 (319K and 261M) - output indicator Number of people who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme: 116 (64K and 52M) - result indicator IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: 01.12.2024 - 31.12.2026 Project implemented in the central subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship INFORMATION AND PROMOTION ACTIVITY, throughout the duration of the project, in the Support Area. Information articles, posters, leaflets, information meetings about the assumptions of the project and recruitment criteria will be carried out, among others by: - project website - dedicated social networks (FB, Instagram and Linkedln) - dedicated helpline launched for the project - articles and news in local media - Careers Office of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice - District Labour Offices - district, municipal and other local offices - organizations and NGOs dealing with activation and professional counselling - own mailing databases Activities will be promoted during frequent regional events organized by project implementers, e.g. trainings, meetings, business breakfasts, Grand Gala RIPH, etc. During the information campaign, special emphasis will be placed on the benefits that UP will achieve: - in terms of acquiring new competences and qualifications - the care of a professional advisor - technical and substantive support of stationary and mobile CCs Adopted by the project developers, the promotion and recruitment procedure guarantees the acquisition of the assumed number of TAs.
