The aim of the Redeployment project is to maintain employment in enterprises undergoing restructuring processes resulting from the reorganisation of their activities in accordance with economic policy – a local approach to the development of the economy, in particular due to the need to transition to a green economy (the green economy sector), i.e. an economy that is based on renewable energy sources, modern technologies aimed at low-emissions and resource efficiency. The concept of reorganisation should be understood as the restructuring of all or part of enterprises, in particular, towards a green economy. The recipient of support will ultimately be 210 enterprises and 1945 (1900 present and 45 future) employees of these enterprises, in particular from the mining industry and mining-related industries (mainly those that, as a result of the loss of a significant contractor, would be forced to reduce employment or liquidate operations) from the area of seven subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship: Bielsko-Biała, Bytom, Gliwice, Katowice, Rybnik, Sosnowiec and Tyskie. The support will be implemented in the period from 01.04.2025-31.12.2029 and will cover project types: 1. (mandatory) identification of the specific needs of enterprises by analysing the entrepreneur's "individual transformation plans" (IPTs), especially towards a green economy; 2. (mandatory) retraining (provided primarily through the Development Services Database outside the Entrepreneurial Financing System) for business personnel specifically targeted at/in line with the green economy, aimed at adapting to the requirements of new jobs; 3. (optional) financial support for the costs of workstations in the form of equipment and other materials and items necessary for the proper functioning of these workstations; 4. (optional) financial contribution to the costs of employment in enterprises. The info-promo section will be implemented throughout the entire duration and will include information about the project's assumptions and results. The planned info-promo activities result from the specificity of the support and will include in particular: 1. information about the project (persons. / telef / electric) in the office and on the project website compliant with the WCAG 2.1 standard; 2. Announcements on the social network WUP; 3. Inform about project support. enterprises plan. redundancies / undergoing or planning restructuring / transformation; 4. Contact with business environment institutions. As part of the project, direct marketing carried out by the Mobile Adviser will be key in attracting project recipients (enterprises). As part of the project, a minimum of 2 conferences are planned. at key moments of the project implementation with the participation of representatives of the EC and the MA FE SL. The Beneficiary will inform the MA about planned info-prom events related to the project and other planned events and relevant circumstances related to the implementation of the project, which may be relevant for the public and may serve to build the brand of EU Funds. The project section in the above-mentioned scope will comply with the provisions of the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion".
