The aim of the project is to mitigate the effects of the transition towards a climate-neutral economy by increasing professional qualifications, including practical skills in 60 students (30 K, 30 M) and 15 teachers (6 K, 9M) of practical vocational training in Technikum No. 12 of the Technical and General Education School No. 3 in Katowice (ZSTIO No. 3), educating on photography and multimedia techniques, electronics techniques and broadband electronic communication techniques by conducting courses for students and teachers of practical vocational training and equipping and adapting the laboratory, and thus improving the quality of education in the institution in the period from 2 September 2024 to 30 June 2026. The target group of the project will be people learning and working and/or living in one of the 7 subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship, defined in the Territorial Plan for Just Transition of the Silesian Voivodeship 2023, i.e. the Katowice subregion, in the number of 60 students (30 K, 30 M) and 15 teachers (6 K, 9 M) of Technical School No. 12 forming part of the Technical and General Education School Complex No. 3 in Katowice (ZSTIO No. 3). As part of the project, it is planned to organize vocational courses for project participants (both students and teachers), as well as to adapt and equip practical apprenticeship workshops with equipment necessary to conduct courses and equipment that brings the conditions for the implementation of practical classes closer to the modern realities of the labour market. In order to reach as many students and teachers as possible by participating in the project and the promotion of the project, ZSTIO No. 3 in Katowice will provide on its website a description presenting the project and the activities carried out in it and will conduct a promotional camp on its Facebook profile. It is planned to organize info. meetings with school students and teachers, where the details of the project, its objectives and benefits for participants will be presented. They will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the possibilities of courses and recruitment percentage. The campaign info. about the project and recruitment will also be carried out by e-mail and by syst. Vulcan. Info. about the project will be placed on the school bulletin boards. Project documents and all documents and materials intended for project participants will be appropriately marked with the appropriate set of logotypes, e.g.: certificates, certificates, info materials, course programmes and attendance lists. An info board, info posters and an inter page will also be marked. Appropriately, the activities and materials of the info-ferries, documents (both printed and digital) made available to the public and intended for participation in the project, all products, equipment and devices purchased or manufactured from EU funds (with the help of a sticker) and the place of implementation of the co-financed project will also be marked. The promotion of the project will be monitored on an ongoing basis.
