The main objective of the project (P) is to support the transformation of the region through a new quality of the offer, including the development of higher education at the Silesian Academy (AS) in accordance with the needs of the green and digital economy. The main objective has been decomposed into specific objectives (CS) corresponding to the tasks (P) and the means of their implementation and the selected types of projects, namely: - CS1 higher quality of functioning of the AŚ career office through personal and competence support of its staff and infrastructure development and an enriched offer for students, graduates and other stakeholders, including, among others, in the field of moving on the labour market and shaping the desired career path (concerning type 1) - CS2 promotion of the idea of academic entrepreneurship and preparation for starting a business in the context of the green transition and support for spin-off and spin-out activities. (concerning type 1), - CS3 a higher level of attractiveness of the CA in terms of equipment, infrastructure and student practices related to the green and digital economy (concerning type 4), - CS4 a higher level of competence of the CA staff in terms of soft competences, new teaching methods and the green and digital economy (concerning type 4), - CS5 a higher level of support for secondary school students by the CA (concerning type 5). The above CS also contain information about the planned effects (P). The assumptions (P) include the implementation of comprehensive and complementary actions planned until 30.06.2026 for people living, working or learning in the area comprising 7 subregions of the Silesian Voivodeship: In addition, the specificity of the activities carried out under the planned types of interventions (career office activities, increasing the attractiveness of the university and activities aimed at secondary school students) does not provide for the need to apply/use the de minimis and public aid option. Under the project, the Applicant will carry out all promotional activities in accordance with the applicable Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion, during the project implementation period and during the durability period, it will inform the public and project participants about the funding received from the FE. He will put signs: European Funds, colours of the Republic of Poland and the European Union, coat of arms of the voivodship/official promotional logo on the website, in the newsletter, mailing, materials, documents related to the implementation of the project, documents and materials for persons and entities participating in the project, equipment purchased in the project (permanent stickers). It will mark the place of implementation of the project by placing an information board. He/she will include a description of the project on his/her official website and the website created for the project and his/her own on social media. In addition, it will document information and promotion activities. The applicant will complete the description and photos on the website www.mapadotacja.pl.
