The project will consist in the purchase of a new, medium-sized rescue and firefighting car for the TSO Unit Zbludowice, which will contribute to strengthening the capacity and rescue capabilities of the unit. Since 1997, the TSO in Zbludowice has been in the structures of the CRSG. The purchase of a car will enable quick and efficient neutralization of events that may cause a threat to life, property and the environment. OSP in Zbludowice was founded in 1924, as one of the few in the district already in the 1930s had a combat car in stock and took part in rescue and firefighting operations. In 1997, the unit was included in the National Fire Rescue System. The unit is equipped with a heavily worn-out, frequently failing Iveco Euro-Cargo medium rescue and firefighting car from 2007 production, a Mercedes-Benz 210 light firefighting car from 1992 production, a Quad Linhai tractor, an outboard pontoon and transport trailers and a medical ambulance with equipment. The TSO has a modern watchtower in which there are heated garages and a workshop for small own repairs, and the possessed personal and equipment resource allows for firefighting interventions, fire protection and other events related to the elimination of threats to people, property or the environment. OSP Zbludowice is part of the rapid reaction force of the Świętokrzyskie Odwodowa Company from the Buskie District. It takes an active part in rescue and firefighting operations in all types of threats in the entire Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, when the need arises. The bridesmaids are constantly improving their qualifications, taking an active part in training and rescue and firefighting exercises. In order to increase the rescue capacity and capabilities of the CRSG unit, it is planned to: - purchase of a medium rescue and firefighting car - a water and foam gun - a Turbomatic type water and foam generator - dry suits of a diver, which will enable quick and efficient neutralization of events that may cause a threat to life, property and the natural environment. The planned purchase of a car and equipment will significantly increase the combat potential of the unit, enabling the replacement of a used and worn-out car and equipment with newer equipment, which will translate into efficiency and speed of neutralization of threats to people, property or the environment. The project will be implemented in the Buskie district, the municipality of Busko-Zdrój in the village of Zbludowice. The aim of the project is to increase the effectiveness of counteracting the effects of natural disasters and faster removal of the consequences of disasters in the Buskie County and the Municipality of Busko-Zdrój. The car and equipment purchased under the project will contribute to: • Improve the working conditions and safety of firefighters, which will facilitate rescue operations in the event of, inter alia, fires or interventions in water bodies and flooded areas. The purchase of life-saving equipment will improve working conditions (improve them, accelerate them) and improve the safety of firefighters providing assistance. • Efficient action and recovery from natural disasters (fires, floods) environmental disasters, traffic accidents - faster access. • Improving the safety conditions of the inhabitants of Zbludowice, the inhabitants of the Municipality and the district of Buskie, through the purchase of a specialized car and equipment. The new equipment will allow professionally, effectively and quickly to provide assistance during floods, hail, fires, including ignitions from atmospheric discharges and other events in water bodies. The project is in line with the strategic objectives set by the EU and national frameworks. It fits, among others, into the objectives set out in the Provincial Strategy. It affects the development of the potential of public services, including equipping rescue services (including the purchase of equipment for conducting rescue operations).
