The project consists in the extension of the provincial road No. 728 class G with a length of 6.05 km. The section in question is located in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship, in the Konecki district, covering the territory of the municipalities of Końskie and Gowarczów. The section between kilometres 77+258.70 and 82+935.92 is located in the municipality of Gowarczów, while the modernisation of the section from kilometres 82+935.92 to 84+001.44 takes place in the municipality of Końskie. The investment will cover the following localities: Gowarczów, Morzywół, Bębnów, Barycz and Kornica. In addition, the scope of the investment includes: – Extension of provincial road No 728 from the Końskie bypass between Kornica and Gowarczów, – Construction of intersections with roads of lower technical (municipal) classes, – Extension of existing pedestrian routes, – Reconstruction and construction of public and individual exits, – Construction of pedestrian-bicycle routes, – Reconstruction of existing road ditches by cleaning and deepening them. In the area of bus bays, the rebuilt trenches will be laid to ensure their continuity, – Construction of drainage of the provincial road (passes and ditches), – Reconstruction of the high/medium voltage network, – Reconstruction of the telecommunications network, – Reconstruction of the water supply network, – Reconstruction of the gas network, – Reconstruction of the sanitary sewerage system. – Deforestation of conflicting trees with shrubs, management of existing greenery, – Construction of a cable and overhead lighting network taking into account energy-efficient LED luminaires. – Execution of vertical and horizontal markings and road safety components. The material scope is reduced by: – Facility MD1 in km 79+630-80+100, – Facility MD2 in km 83+780-84+000 These investments were carried out under the project entitled "Expansion of the bridge complex with accesses within DW728 in km 79+630 - 80+100 and 83+780 - 84+000 (1c265)" in 2020-2021. Planned information and promotion activities: The communication activities accompanying the implementation of the project will be addressed to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Promotion and information activities, in a broad perspective, are aimed at showing the changes and benefits that the implementation of the project brings. In particular, actions will include: – Development and operation of a website, – Production and broadcasting of a film, – Writing of an article and its publication, – Information radio broadcast (advertising spot), – Commemorative plaques. The documentation that proves that the investment is ready to be implemented: – Road investment permit, – Construction projects, – Executive projects, – Opinion of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Kielce, – Declaration of the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 sites, – Decision on Environmental Conditions. The information and publicity tools included in the project comply with the recommendations, in particular with the principles set out in Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021, referred to in the Guidelines on information and publicity for the European Funds for 2021-2027. The applicant also undertakes to use the provisions of the document entitled Handbook of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and publicity.
