Extension of DW 768 Kazimierza Wielka - gr. Województwa stage I from km 54+900 to km 61+341

The investment will consist in the extension of the provincial road No. 768. The investment will start in Wojciechów in km approx. 55+990 (local kilometer 0+000), and ends on a straight section on the border of Stojanowice and Dobiesławice km approx. 61+341 (local mileage 6+330). The length of the extended section is 6,330 km). The extended provincial road No. 768 runs on most of the section in the footsteps of the existing road. The DW768 extension project provides for the adaptation of the section of the road in question, a two-lane two-way road to the parameters of technical class G, the construction of the road surface to the traffic load for traffic category KR4 and the load capacity of the road surface at the level of 11.5 tonnes/axle. The scope of works covered by the project concerns: - Extension of provincial road No. 768 to class G from km approx. 55+067 to km approx. 61+417 (km according to technical documentation); - Construction of a 2.0m wide shoulder, including 0.5m paved shoulder in full road surface construction (asphalt band) and 1.25 m shoulder reinforced with aggregate (with local widening within the designed culverts under the road body); - construction of two-sided and one-sided pavements. - construction and extension of a total of 12 intersections, including 7 intersections of the extended provincial road No. 768 with other public roads and 5 intersections of lower category and technical class roads; - Correction of the geometry of the axes of the side roads intersecting at an unfavourable angle with the provincial road No 768, in order to improve the visibility and safety of traffic. - construction of additional carriageways serving adjacent areas. 6 additional carriageways were designed along the planned investment; - construction of bus bays - 14 units including bus shelters, - construction and reconstruction of individual and public exits and construction of entrances/exits. - Construction of drainage of road infrastructure elements through rainwater and meltwater drainage system, which includes: open grass trenches, fortified open trenches, culverts, rainwater drains, triangular and escarpment effluents, pavement drains; - construction/reconstruction/renovation of drainage ditches and side ditches and regulation of sections of natural watercourses (Advance from Lychakiv, Advance from Lolina); - construction of new culverts on natural watercourses P01, P03/P03a; - construction of a rainwater drainage system; - construction of triangular and escarpment sewage; - redevelopment of the power grid; - construction of energy-efficient road lighting in LED technology; - construction of fences guiding amphibians and small animals to the planned passages under the provincial road body, additional roadways and pavements; - Reconstruction of technical infrastructure interfering with the planned investment (particularly telecommunications, electricity, installation, gas, water supply); - Execution of elements of the Target Traffic Organization; - felling of trees and shrubs in conflict with the planned investment; - demolition works. Planned information and promotion activities: Communication activities accompanying the implementation of the project will be directed to the widest possible audience. Promotion and information activities, in a broad perspective, are aimed at showing the changes and benefits that the implementation of the project brings. In particular, actions will include: – Purchase of brochures and information posters – Development and maintenance of a website, – Production and broadcasting of a film, – Writing of an article and its publication, – Information radio broadcast (advertising spot), – 2 information and commemorative plaques – production and installation permanently in places visible at the extension of DW 768, indicating co-financing with EU funds. The documentation that proves that the investment is ready to be implemented: – Permit for the implementation of a road investment, – Opinion of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Kielce, – Water Law Decision, – Decision on Environmental Conditions.
