The subject of the project will be infrastructure activities for the construction of bicycle roads in the municipalities of Busko-Zdrój-Solec-Zdrój. The project is planned to be implemented in a partnership of local governments, i.e. the Municipalities of Busko, Solec and the District of Buskie. The route will connect the following towns:Busko-Zdrój-Zbludowice-Owczary-Radzanów-Skotniki Duże-Skotniki Małe-Baranów-Piasek Mały-Guardian-Żuków-Solec-Zdrój. In the city of Busko-Zdrój, the task will include making a transport connection within ul.Korczyńska to ul.Starkiewicza/Grotta.The goal is to create a safe path that will connect spa municipalities, allowing residents and tourists to travel comfortably and safely by bicycle.Currently, there is no safe cycling route between towns, which exposes cyclists to danger in road traffic. Due to the rotation of residents between neighboring towns,who commute to work, schools, or offices with a healthy lifestyle, it is justified and necessary to build an alternative solution for commuting, e.g. from a rural area to urban centers.More and more people do sports and take care of their physical condition.For many of them, physical activity is an important element of life. Commuting to work, school by bike is a good way to combine work with physical activity.The planned route will allow a safe transport connection of municipalities, thus providing access to work by bike, schools, utility facilities publ.Bikes will replace car communication.The route will be attractive and easy for users, in addition, it will allow to reduce the negative impact on the environment. The implementation of the project includes: -creation of a bi-directional bicycle road (bicycle path, pedestrian-bicycle trains) with the necessary infrastructure, connecting spa municipalities with a length of about 19.5 km, width from 3.0 to 3.5 m. The path will have a nave.asphalt about 17 km long.The path in the Gm.Solec about 17 km long. 2.5 km, colliding with the gas network, designed with a demountable surface from a phaseless cube, ensuring that the surface is maintained in a condition that ensures riding comfort for cyclists. -creation of MOR-2pcs. (one in each commune) along the route of the built path with the accompanying infrastructure, among others, windmills, baskets, benches, tables, bicycle racks, electric bicycle chargers, renewable energy sources, bicycle repair station, lighting, marking. -creation of parking spaces for bicycles-18 pcs. -creation of parking spaces for cars-6pcs. -reconstruction of existing road intersections along the route of planned paths, exits, collisions with networks, with the aim of introducing safe continuous and collision-free cycling with markings. installation of an installation monitoring the number of users-monitoring, -promotion of the project, including information and promotion activities, boards, maps, posters, -investor supervision. The path will be located in the road lane of district, municipal and internal roads and partly on adjacent plots.As part of the cooperation of local governments, Buski District granted municipalities the right to dispose of the area for purposes related to the material implementation of the Project in the road lanes of district roads.Planned to perform the route as part of the pre-project, they will be combined with existing paths and planned to be performed as part of other tasks, which affects the complexity of the project. The project is located in areas of natural value: •Natura 2000 Ostoja Szaniecko-Solecka •Szaniecki Protected Landscape Area (Solec-Busko) •Solecko-Pacanowski Protected Landscape Area (Solec-Busko) •Szaniecki Landscape Park (Solec-Busko) The investment will contribute to improving the quality of life of residents, promoting an active lifestyle and protecting the natural environment. The path will provide a separate area for cyclists, increasing their safety.The investment promotes physical activity, which is extremely important for the well-being of residents.Environmental protection-Using bicycles as a means of transport will reduce car exhaust emissions and contribute to environmental protection.
