The aim of the project is to provide adults who, due to a difficult life situation, age, disability or illness, need support in everyday functioning, a place / apartment to lead an independent life or provide assistance in leading an independent life. The effect of the reconstruction will be the creation of 5 apartments with minimum parameters specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Family and Social Policy of 30 October 2023 on training and assisted housing. The apartments will be designed for 11 people, of which 4 are single-room apartments for 2 people. 7,6 m x 3,4 m = 25,84 m2, while one three-bedded two-room apartment with the size of 2 sq.m. 9.7 m x 3.8 m = 36.86 m2 . Each apartment will have a separate kitchenette and bathroom. The project includes a common space for all users in the form of a multifunctional room, the creation of rooms / places for changing rooms, the construction of a public bathroom / for people with disabilities and technical rooms that will serve only project participants. Their creation is associated with the need to implement social contacts by enabling people benefiting from support in an assisted apartment, i.e. maintaining family ties, participation in the life of the local community, activities organized for people at risk of social exclusion. As part of the minimum standard of services provided in assisted housing, the Municipality of Mniów will provide services including assistance to: persons with disabilities, the elderly or chronically ill in carrying out activities necessary for everyday functioning; persons benefiting from support in an apartment assisted in carrying out activities necessary for everyday functioning concerning: to meet daily living needs, to manage time effectively, to run a household, to take up and maintain employment where the beneficiary is able to work. The material scope of the project includes: Construction work: - demolition and dismantling works, - execution of new partition walls, - replacement of roof plating along with strengthening the roof structure, - execution of sanitary installations: water. -can., - installation of electrical installation with switchgear and sub-counters, construction of a new energy connection for the attic of the building, - adaptation of the building to the needs of disabled people - installation of an external passenger crane, construction of a vehicle for wheelchairs, - finishing works, Thermomodernization: - attic insulation, - replacement of window and door joinery, - installation of a photovoltaic installation with a power of 45 kW, - installation of a CO installation, installation of a cascade of heat pumps 24 kW or 2 x after 14 kW - the final parameters will result from calculations for the project, First equipment: – equipment of dwellings in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister: bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair – each piece of furniture 11 pieces (according to the number of persons available for accommodation) ; multifunctional room equipment (tables 3 pcs., chairs 12 pcs., sofa 1 pcs., TV 1 pcs., RTV cabinet 1 pcs., hanger 2 pcs., shoe cabinet 2 pcs.), - making complete design documentation in all industries along with obtaining administrative decisions on behalf of the investor - the project implemented in the design-build formula. The heat pump, photovoltaic system and external lift will be used exclusively for the purposes of the project – a separate electrical connection is planned for the part of the building covered by the project. Planned information and promotion activities: purchase of an information/memorial board, stickers informing about the co-financing of the purchase from the European Regional Development Fund, information on the website of the local government (www.mniow.pl), in the local press, local newspaper, purchase of promotional materials - description in SWI. The project also takes into account the costs of investor supervision.
